| Lady Penelope Hall Table This elegant beauty may look simple, but there are many complex joints involved in the construction of this console table - over 65 in fact! The legs curve on both elevations, the arches are laminated and tiny mortice and tenon joints have been cut. The veneered top was "book-matched" and the drawers have hand-cut dovetails front and back. The table was finished in a Danish oil. Expect to pay A$6-7000 for a similar piece. |
